Fresh Air Matters - EcoFan Filter

Introducing The EcoFan Filter

The world's first eco-friendly air purifier that filters odors and removes particles at .3 microns from within the air you breathe. EcoFan Filters use the circular air current in a room that the ceiling fan naturally creates when turned on. Ceiling fans push hot air downwards towards the floor forcing the air to circulate upwards against the bedroom walls and then force the air back down through the top of the fan blades where our filters have the opportunity to capture airborne contaminants before they're forced back down

What Makes EcoFan Filters So great?

We value quality over profit, and that's why we choose the best air purifying materials on the market. This includes an activated carbon filter that helps filter odors and high-grade Merv 13 fabric that removes particles as low as 0.3 microns.

Hand-Made In The United States

It's made in the United States and is hand-made to order. Its biodegradable casing is made of 100% recycled material and it is the only air purifier on the market to use ZERO plastic. It doesn't require electricity to function properly and is 80% less than traditional air purifiers.

What Is It Made Out Of And What Is Activated Carbon?

The outer casing is made of 100% decomposable cardstock (paper). The filter itself is made of MERV13 filtering fabric which is composed of polypropylene and acrylic fibers mainly without fiberglass. The activated carbon filter is made of raw materials such as coal, wood, coconut husk, and bamboo. Furthermore, these filters are most commonly used

to remove gases and odors. They are designed to filter gases through a bed of activated carbon and are usually used to combat volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released from common household products.

How Do I Install The Ecofan Filter?

1. Prep the top of your fan blade by wiping the blade with a clean cloth. Ensure the fan blade is dry before placing the EcoFan Filter. 2. Peel off the backing paper under your EcoFan Filter exposing the sticky surface. 3. Near the motor, stick the filter on top, centered on the fan blade, and flush to the fan arm. NOTE: Ensure air direction is entering the EcoFan Filters airflow opening. If you notice your fan begins to wobble after installation, your EcoFan Filter may have been installed incorrectly leading to your ceiling fan becoming imbalanced.
